We will identify potential buyers and devise the most suitable and targeted marketing strategy for your property.

We will help you stage your property prior to sale.

Your property will be professionally photographed.

We will create a heavy stock brochure with property highlights.

We will send targeted custom mailings to announce your listing.

Your property will be distributed to at least 10 online marketplaces.

We will hold public and broker open houses when appropriate.

We will place your property in select newspapers and magazines when appropriate.

We will create a custom property website when appropriate.

We will produce creative videos highlighting the property and lifestyle for select marketing strategies.

Your listing will be introduced to the local real estate broker community via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

We will cooperate with other brokers to sell your property.

You will have access to the proprietary Madison Adams™ online Client Portal with listing documents and buyer and agent feedback.

We continually monitor feedback and showing trends that measure the listing’s performance. We have the flexibility to immediately address and modify a listing's marketing strategy including creative special promotions if necessary.

We maintain extensive and detailed client databases with specific client real estate requirements which could result in an existing buyer for the Seller’s property.

We are readily available to meet with Sellers to review their listing and discuss any external market factors that may affect their listing. We make it a high priority that the Seller is fully informed.

Note: This marketing plan is subject to a listing agreement where both the Seller and Madison Adams™ agree which parts of this marketing plan are best suitable to market a particular property, which may also include additional services that are not mentioned in the above plan.

We have the flexibility to modify and retake photos timely to enhance our marketing when necessary.

Property photographs can be taken in advance of the listing to capture and enhance the property’s attributes in a different Season.

High resolution and high quality.

PROPERTY VIDEO

Display the property in a creative, personalized lifestyle motion picture.

We produce video DVDs and give them to each buyer who views the property.

The videos are distributed through online market places such as Vimeo, YouTube, social networks and direct marketing and e-mail delivery.

ANNOUNCING YOUR HOME

We will send custom targeted mailings to announce your listing.

We will email your listing to our proprietary client databases.

Helena Lobo-Zagorski

Broker Associate

Helena has a background experience in corporate finance on Wall Street as well as in international commercial real estate brokerage for large conglomerates. She earned her B.B.A., M.B.A. and postgraduate studies in finance, mathematics and international economics from top universities.

She is a new business developer and manager, who specializes in satisfying clients’ requirements, closely manages listings, and oversees Madison Adams’ transactions. Helena speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, and has real estate licenses in New Jersey and New York.

Marek "Mark" Zagorski

Broker

Mark has combined his entrepreneurial spirit with details of perfection. His wide range of knowledge guided by experience greatly benefits our clients. A former Wall Street Trader, he is an outstanding negotiator educated in finance and engineering. He has mastered technical skills in media marketing.

Mark is a problem solver who works excessively well under pressure and never loses sight of the whole picture. Mark speaks English, Polish, Russian and German and has real estate licenses in New Jersey and New York.

Carmela Maggio

Carmela’s passion for real estate evolved during her long career as a life insurance underwriter. Over the years, she helped many people to make very important decisions for their future planning which often included real estate.

She has acquired many valuable skills in planning and strategy while managing her family’s commercial real estate portfolio, dealing with tenants’ leases, building codes, permits, NJDOT and complex town regulations.

Carmela is an expert in this very intricate industry. She has combined her outstanding experience and tremendous interpersonal skills in dealing with people to foster a successful career in real estate sales on the Gold Coast on the Hudson in New Jersey.

She was born and raised in Italy, she taught Italian at the Fort Lee High School on a part time basis that she enjoyed for a few years while her children were very young.

Carmela is a life time resident of Edgewater, and just recently of North Bergen. She is very familiar with the Gold Coast area and all its development phases. But, most of all, she wouldn't trade living anywhere in the world for living on the Gold Coast on the Hudson in New Jersey.

I am bilingual and able to easily communicate with Spanish speakers, ensuring that a language barrier won't keep them from finding their dream home. I currently hold my real estate license in multiple states such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.

We are often asked how we selected the name Madison Adams. Both James Madison and Samuel Adams were the leading advocates for property rights, in which the Company strongly believes, hence the name.

Madison Adams™ delivers proven marketing strategies custom designed for each particular property. Our dedicated effort and expertise will benefit every motivated client.

OUR HISTORY

2002

After obtaining experience at top Wall Street and Investment firms, the founders started their real estate endeavor with NYC-based commercial real estate companies, Cushman and Wakefield and Parker Madison providing advice and service to local and international corporate clients.

2006

The founders shifted their focus from NYC and international commercial real estate to NJ residential real estate and started at a prestigious NJ firm affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate.

2009

The founders transferred to the leading real estate company affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty and focused on the luxury market in Northern New Jersey and New York City.

2014

Madison Adams LLC was established with its first location in Saddle River, NJ.
