You will have access to the proprietary Madison Adams™ online Client Portal with listing documents and buyer and agent feedback.
We continually monitor feedback and showing trends that measure the listing’s performance. We have the flexibility to immediately address and modify a listing's marketing strategy including creative special promotions if necessary.
We maintain extensive and detailed client databases with specific client real estate requirements which could result in an existing buyer for the Seller’s property.
We are readily available to meet with Sellers to review their listing and discuss any external market factors that may affect their listing. We make it a high priority that the Seller is fully informed.
Note: This marketing plan is subject to a listing agreement where both the Seller and Madison Adams™ agree which parts of this marketing plan are best suitable to market a particular property, which may also include additional services that are not mentioned in the above plan.

We will create a captivating professional brochure printed on a heavy cardstock paper. The brochure will contain the highlights of your property, professional photographs and description of the property. Each brochure is carefully crafted and customized to reflect and highlight the best attributes of your property.

We are often asked how we selected the name Madison Adams. Both James Madison and Samuel Adams were the leading advocates for property rights, in which the Company strongly believes, hence the name.
Madison Adams™ delivers proven marketing strategies custom designed for each particular property. Our dedicated effort and expertise will benefit every motivated client.

OUR HISTORY

 

2002

After obtaining experience at top Wall Street and Investment firms, the founders started their real estate endeavor with NYC-based commercial real estate companies, Cushman and Wakefield and Parker Madison providing advice and service to local and international corporate clients.

2006

The founders shifted their focus from NYC and international commercial real estate to NJ residential real estate and started at a prestigious NJ firm affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate.

2009

The founders transferred to the leading real estate company affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty and focused on the luxury market in Northern New Jersey and New York City.

2014

Madison Adams LLC was established with its first location in Saddle River, NJ.
